To make sure you get all of our updates, you’ll have to whitelist our email address!
Follow These Instructions for Gmail on Desktop:
- In your Gmail inbox, find an email from [email protected] (for example, the welcome email that we sent to you).
- Drag this email to the “Primary” tab of your inbox.
- When you’re asked “Do this for future messages from [email protected]” select “Yes”.
- After you do this, you’ll see that all of the emails we send will go to your Primary folder in the future!
Follow These Instructions for Gmail on Mobile:
- In your Gmail inbox, find an email from [email protected] (for example, the welcome email that we sent to you).
- Go into the message and tap on the 3 little dots in the top right corner.
- Select “Move to” and then select “Primary”.
- After you do this, you’ll see that all of the emails we send will go to your Primary folder in the future!
For other email service providers (Yahoo, AOL, etc.) please just add us as a contact in your address book. If you need additional instructions, take a look here.
