Woohoo, you’re almost there! Your free Vintage Preset Pack is downloadable right below, and I can’t wait for you to start creating with them!
Ever since starting photography, one of my goals has always been to create a free, high-quality preset pack that is easy to use and subtle enough to work with all types of photos. This Vintage Preset Pack is inspired by my love for film photography. Shooting film is a totally different experience from digital photography, and my hope with this pack is that it'll bring a little bit of that film photography magic to you as well.
WHAT'S INSIDE
VINTAGE-01: Nostalgic warm tones with decreased saturation that is great for sunrise, sunsets, and portraits.
VINTAGE-02: Romantic, airy vibes that's great for landscapes and portraits, but also flexible enough for street photography.
VINTAGE-03: A classic high-contrast preset with subtle warm tones and deeper shadows.
Oh, and since you're here...

Starting this year with all our travel plans cancelled means that we’ve been able to invest a lot of extra time finding other things to learn, and brushing up on our photography and videography skills. These are just a few things we’re really into right now, and we’ll try to continually update this list as we discover new tools and products that we think you might find helpful as well.
I’ve discovered that one of the best ways to improve as a photographer and videographer is to experiment with different presets and LUTs. The more you experiment, the easier you’ll find it is to edit in Lightroom or Premiere Pro, and the more you’ll learn about your own personal style. After buying and trying out countless presets and LUTs, I’ve found some of my favorite go-to looks created by Bounce Color. Their selection is very high quality, flexible, and fairly priced. Specifically, I really like editing with their Lightroom Presets Master Collection and Filmic Tones LUTs Pack.
Since we’re just hanging out at home or going on short day trips in and around the Seattle area, I wanted a smaller everyday carry bag to use instead of the bigger and bulkier Peak Design 30L I usually carry around on our travels. The Duo Daypack has been perfect for our short local trips, and I especially like how the front of the bag fully zips open. If you’re looking for a smaller, comfortable, and accessible backpack, this is a great one to check out.
